I received the product on time and well packaged. This item is stated to be for the Flip Video, which is why I purchased it. There is a photo that shows what looks like a Flip Video inside the case. It does fit, that is not the issue, the issue I have with the product is that it is clearly made for a digital camera as there is a portal of sorts that protrudes out from the case about 1.5 inches and it is definitely made to allow the digital camera lense to accordian out and remain protected. The Flip Video is essentially the size of a small cell phone, with no extending lenses or other parts. This portal is useless and actually hinders the view of the video lens. If you can manage to get the Flip perfectly aligned so that the lens is right in the middle of this portal, the portal's clear cap (which screws off) adds a lot of glare and reflections in different lighting conditions. You can unscrew the cap if desired but then it is no longer waterproof. This cap has a gasket which keeps water out when it is screwed on but unfortunately, if you tug on the cap it pops right off without having to even unscrew it. On the inside of the case, the portal's hard plastic edges directly touch the front of whatever device you have inside the case. I would anticipate a lot of scratches developing rather quickly.The one redeeming factor so far? It appears to be waterproof. I tested it with some paper inside of it and submersed it in the sink and had no problems. That being said, if you are looking to get this case for a Flip Video I would research the dimensions of the other types of cases (i.e. the iPhone case, etc). If those fit the Flip then you wouldn't have that useless portal sticking out.

Due to time constraints, I didn't get to try the waterproof case out until we were snorkeling in Roatan. That was when I found out that it leaked like a sieve! My Flip Mino was permanently ruined,and I lost all the video I had taken over the 1 week cruise, which was irreplacable. I would NEVER buy or recommend anything from this manufacturer again!
